Curriculum Warehouse, operated by NJ Data Diva LLC, relies on a limited number of third-party technology providers to operate, secure, host, support, and communicate about the Curriculum Warehouse Platform and public Website.
This page identifies third-party providers that may process information on behalf of NJ Data Diva LLC in connection with Curriculum Warehouse.
Curriculum Warehouse seeks to use service providers only for legitimate operational purposes and limits their access to information according to the services they provide.
This notice should be read together with the Curriculum Warehouse Privacy Policy, Security & Data Protection Policy, AI Use Policy, Student Data Scope, and Terms of Service.
Service: Cloud infrastructure, Platform hosting, database, authentication, storage, and related technical services
Purpose: Google Cloud and Firebase provide the primary infrastructure used to operate the private Curriculum Warehouse Platform.
Services may support:
The private Curriculum Warehouse application is hosted through Firebase Hosting and related Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure.
The private application environment is separate from the public Curriculum Warehouse marketing and legal Website hosted through GoDaddy.
Information that may be processed: Depending upon the Curriculum Warehouse feature being used, Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure may process:
Primary Platform processing location: Curriculum Warehouse uses United States-based Google Cloud infrastructure for primary Platform data and services.
Google Cloud provides the principal cloud infrastructure supporting the private Curriculum Warehouse Platform.
Service: Artificial intelligence processing
Purpose: Curriculum Warehouse uses Google Gemini to provide supported AI-assisted functionality within the production Platform.
Authorized Users with access to applicable functionality may invoke Google Gemini through Curriculum Warehouse features, including supported lesson-planning functionality.
Curriculum Warehouse currently uses Gemini 2.5 Flash for supported AI-assisted lesson-content generation.
The specific Gemini model or model version used may change over time as Platform functionality, Google services, technical requirements, performance, cost, or responsible-use considerations evolve.
Information that may be processed: When an Authorized User initiates an applicable AI-assisted request, Google Gemini may process information transmitted through that feature as reasonably necessary to generate the requested result.

Student Identifiable Information must not be submitted to Curriculum Warehouse AI-assisted functionality.
Curriculum Warehouse AI functionality is intended to support professional curriculum and instructional-planning workflows rather than individualized student-data processing.
NJ Data Diva LLC does not use Client-specific curriculum data to train external AI models.

Service: Public Website hosting and Website-management services
Purpose: GoDaddy provides technology used to operate and manage the public curriculumwarehouse.com marketing and legal Website.
Depending upon the Website features used, GoDaddy services may process information associated with:
GoDaddy does not serve as the primary database or hosting environment for private Curriculum Warehouse district curriculum environments.
The private Curriculum Warehouse Platform and Client curriculum information are hosted separately through Google Cloud/Firebase.
Service: Email delivery and communications
Purpose: Brevo provides email-delivery and communication services used by Curriculum Warehouse for business, support, operational, transactional, and other authorized email communications.
Depending upon the type of communication and features used, Brevo may process information such as:
Brevo may also maintain technical logs necessary to deliver, troubleshoot, secure, and report on email communications.
Curriculum Warehouse does not use Brevo as the primary storage environment for Client curriculum content.
Information processed through Brevo is limited to information reasonably necessary to provide applicable email and communication services.
Curriculum Warehouse may integrate with organizational identity providers selected and controlled by Clients, including:
These services may authenticate an Authorized User and provide limited account or authentication information necessary for Platform access.
For example, Curriculum Warehouse may receive information such as:
Clients are responsible for configuring their identity-provider environments and determining which individuals are permitted to authenticate to Curriculum Warehouse.
In limited circumstances, a student account may attempt authentication because of a Client's identity-provider configuration, shared email domain, access-approval settings, or other Client-controlled configuration.
Such an authentication attempt may result in Curriculum Warehouse receiving limited authentication or security information as described in the Curriculum Warehouse Privacy Policy and Student Data Scope.
An unintended authentication attempt does not authorize a student to use Curriculum Warehouse.
When a Client uses its own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environment, the Client maintains its separate relationship with that identity provider.
Accordingly, a Client-selected identity provider is not necessarily acting solely as an NJ Data Diva LLC subprocessor merely because Curriculum Warehouse supports authentication through that service.
Curriculum Warehouse may add or use additional third-party technology providers as Platform functionality and operational requirements evolve.
Examples may include providers supporting:
Where a third-party provider processes Client Content or Authorized User personal information on behalf of Curriculum Warehouse in connection with a production Platform feature, NJ Data Diva LLC will update this page as appropriate to identify the provider and its general purpose.
Curriculum Warehouse will not intentionally identify a provider as an active Platform subprocessor before the provider is actually used for applicable production processing.
NJ Data Diva LLC may use qualified contractors or professional service providers for services such as:
A contractor who does not receive access to Client personal information or private Client Platform data is not listed on this page merely because the contractor provides services to NJ Data Diva LLC.
Where a contractor requires access to non-public Client information in order to perform authorized services, NJ Data Diva LLC will require reasonable confidentiality and data-protection obligations appropriate to the services being performed.
Access should be limited to information reasonably necessary to perform the applicable authorized service.
NJ Data Diva LLC remains responsible for Services it provides to Clients through authorized contractors in accordance with the applicable Client agreement.
Curriculum Warehouse selects third-party providers based upon factors that may include:
Subprocessors may process information only to the extent reasonably necessary for the services they provide to NJ Data Diva LLC.
Use of a subprocessor does not transfer ownership of Client curriculum materials to that provider or to NJ Data Diva LLC.
Client Content remains subject to the ownership provisions of the Curriculum Warehouse Terms of Service.
Student Identifiable Information must not be intentionally submitted to or maintained within Curriculum Warehouse, including through AI-assisted functionality.
NJ Data Diva LLC may add, replace, or discontinue subprocessors as Curriculum Warehouse technology, service providers, Platform functionality, and operational needs evolve.

When a material new subprocessor will process Client Content or Authorized User personal information on behalf of Curriculum Warehouse, NJ Data Diva LLC will provide notice in accordance with any applicable Client-specific contractual requirements.
Clients with reasonable concerns regarding a newly identified subprocessor may contact Curriculum Warehouse to discuss those concerns.
Changes involving emergency security, infrastructure, provider availability, or service-continuity needs may occur before advance notice is reasonably practicable.
Changes to a specific technical service, model, version, or underlying implementation offered by an already disclosed provider do not necessarily constitute the addition of a new subprocessor.
